Gayle Bailey II is the team lead and the pioneer behind the operation at The Bailey Team. Born into a family of realtors, he became interested and eager at a young age. While other kindergartners were doodling pictures of animals, Gayle was drawing townhouses. He purchased and flipped his first house as a junior in college and since then has bought, renovated and invested in multiple properties.

Since officially entering the industry as a licensed Realtor in 2008, Gayle has proven himself as a NVAR Multi-Million Dollar Sales Club Top Producer. In 2017, Gayle closed 36 million dollars in volume. He has also been recognized as a Top Upcoming Leader in Northern Virginia for Leadership Fairfax’s Emerging Leaders Institute and recognized as a top agent in the DC Metro Area in various publications.
